Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:  

1. Local Shipping (Hong Kong):  
   - Standard Shipping: 7 business days  
   - Free shipping for orders over HKD 280.  

2. International Shipping:
   - Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on your location).  
   - Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.  
   - Free international shipping for orders over HKD 520.  

Customs and Import Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  
- Please check your local customs policies for more information.  

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.  

Lost or Damaged Packages
